Delivery conditions
An order can only be delivered to the customer by mail order. Cash payment and collection on site are not possible!
Of course, we make sure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. As a rule, the package is dispatched the next working day after receipt of the order. A prerequisite for shipping is that all products in the order are available and the order has been paid for in full.
The goods are currently only shipped from Germany. The shipping times stated for the products in the store refer exclusively to shipping within Germany.
When shipping abroad, the customer may incur additional customs duties and ancillary costs. These costs are to be paid by the customer. Please check the costs with your local customs office before ordering, as these costs are very high for some countries!
Parcel delivery abroad can be considerably delayed. Depending on the country, delays can range from one to around six weeks. In most cases, customs control is responsible for the delay. Unfortunately, we cannot influence or shorten these waiting times and therefore ask for your understanding!
Once the goods have been dispatched, we send the customer a URL by e-mail so that they can track the parcel.
